This is considered a very large shark tooth, even for a Megalodon. Recovered by veteran diver, Ben Gottleib in a deep, blackwater, alligator infested river in South Georgia, this beautiful Megalodon Shark Tooth has most of its serrations! This specific tooth belonged to a 45+ foot Megalodon Shark more than 10 million years ago. As always, the pictures never do a justice. This tooth also has some unique "ripples" on the blade nearest to the root. These ripples are typically seen in larger teeth and add some rarity and character to a tooth. Shipping is insured.
