I ordered 2 shark tooth necklaces. One with a blue necklace and one with a black necklace. Upon arrival they both had blue necklaces. The shark teeth were nice and overall I liked the necklaces. So, I just kept them and didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning one of them to get the black. Although I’d much rather have one of them to be black.
I bought a necklace for my son just over 30 days ago and the wire attaching the shark tooth to the cord broke yesterday. I don't see an email address or phone number to contact regarding this cheap product. I tried chatting online as that seems like the only option to contact the seller, but no one responded. This is crap with zero customer service. Don't buy it.
