We want you to be obsessed with your order — just like we’re obsessed with sharks. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Refund & Return Window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Apparel items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Fossils and jewelry items must be returned in the same condition they were sent
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 14 days at savethesharks@shrkco.com, and we’ll replace it for free
Exchanges
Need a different size? We offer free exchanges on apparel for size changes — you cover return shipping, we’ll cover the replacement shipping.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.

You’ll get a confirmation email once your refund is processed. It may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
